So what does PWS do again?

Proactive Waste Solutions is a firm that specializes in reducing your waste costs. PWS performs a cost free waste analysis of your current waste program to seek out improvements that result in savings.  Recommendations are then presented to you, the business owner. With your approval, PWS implements the recommendations, resulting in savings. PWS then manages your waste costs on an ongoing basis and guarantees that your waste costs stay at the agreed amount.

Customer Question #1

Well if its free, then how do you get paid?

Answer: PWS is compensated by a portion of the achieved savings. PWS is paid by a portion of what you have already been paying to the waste haulers.

Customer Question #2

Well I don’t want to switch hauling companies, they do a good job. Plus, I think we are in a contract with them.

Answer: The majority of our current customers stay with their current hauling companies that they were with before being introduced to PWS. 100% of our current customers were in an agreement with their current hauling company. PWS works with the existing hauler to draw up a new agreement that is mutually beneficial and agreed to by both customer and hauling company.

Customer Question #3

Ok, but I don’t want to sign anything that locks me into a long term commitment with PWS.

Answer: There is no commitment to PWS other than to share in the savings we were able to obtain through our industry experience and expertise. Our agreement has a 30 day out if PWS is not obtaining savings on an ongoing basis.

This sounds too good to be true?

Answer: We understand that many business owners have been misled in the past by other vendors, including waste haulers. Business owners are reluctant to sign anything today. I have 100’s of clients that are all equally happy and will vouch for my work ethics and cost savings achieved. Then again, they wouldn’t be customers if I didn’t save them money, and that tends to make them happy and see the value…

Customer Question #5

What do I do to get started? I don’t want this to be a big project for me. I have a lot on my plate.

Answer: Understood, all I need is three things.

1.Our agreement to share in the savings and ongoing waste management.

2. Letter of Authority to speak to your existing hauling company on your behalf to obtain information to start my audit.

3. If you have your most recent invoice that would help, but I don’t need it. After that, you don’t need to do anything. It’s that easy!
